Project 52, part 3

I am now a quarter of the way through my Project 52! The weather has been gorgeous lately, so this recap has more outdoors photos. I’m trying to enjoy it while I can before the dreaded Texas summer heat arrives.

As mentioned before, you can see the full set on my Flickr or Tumblr 🙂 Here is a recap of weeks 10-13!

#10 – Another Path
I was taking a walk through a nearby greenbelt when I came across this sign. It seems enough people ignored it that another path was created through repeated walks.

#11 – Plastic Beach
As mentioned in my previous entry, this was my photoshoot with Trauma in her Noodle (Gorillaz) cosplay! We were looking for a beach location, and I managed to find one at a nearby lake. More photos are in this Flickr album!

#12 – Transformation
I had an idea of showing how an origami crane is made, so I made 3 origami pieces, two of which were steps towards making a crane. They were shot against a white fabric background, and I bounced a flash off the ceiling for the lighting.

#13 – Little Explorer
I was in our backyard testing my newest lens when my husband decided to let one our turtles, Floater, out for a little walk. I watched as she walked towards the fence post and then tried to get in between it ^^;; She seems to be unaware of how big her shell is because she thought she could fit!

And that’s it for this time’s recap 🙂 The next one will be in 5 weeks, which will be week 18!

Floater is hilarious! Never thought turtles could be this amusing 😀 It’s a great shot, too! 😀

Awwww, what an adorable little turtle! Floater is the cutest name ever. I tried to fold an origami paper crane once and failed so hard. I love your photography so much! Keep it up ~_^

Aww, Floater looks so cute! I couldn’t find her at first, she was camouflaged against the fence. I love your first picture do the two paths end up leading to the same place?

Aww, love the picture of Floater, she’s so cute! She blends in so well with the grass I had trouble spotting her at first!

Floater is just too cute ^^ I remember owning a Red Ear Slider Turtle when I was younger. Loved it so much, but regardless, that picture is way too!

Awesome! Love the turtle one the best 😀
